Schron Associates offers custom planning and management services for meetings, group incentive travel and other types of business events, with a high level of attention to detail based on decades of experience.

We can work in collaboration with you and your staff, or you can outsource your program to us. Because of our diverse business background in corporate communications and finance, we are also able to advise you on the design and content of your program so it achieves your organizational goals.

We are particularly known for our on-site management and oversight of client programs to assure program success and to attend to last-minute changes and issues. This approach is particularly well-suited to clients in small or local business (e.g. a regional company that does one or two MICE events a year), and large organizations that require some specialized assistance (e.g. a foreign company sending business tourism groups or delegations to the US).

Here's what we do:

*Plan and manage meetings, group incentive travel programs and business events such as product or business study seminars, corporate facility/factory visits, other types of business tourism, award dinners, grand openings, product introductions, etc.

*Research, select and inspect program venues and establish working relationships with venue management.

*Plan food and beverage requirements, arrange entertainment, plan and schedule activities and select and purchase event-related materials.

*Negotiate costs such as group airfares, room rates, ground transfers, equipment rental, activities, entertainment and food and beverage.

*Develop and distribute program material such as promotional mailings, meeting announcements, reservation forms and invitations; receive and monitor responses.

*Provide meet and greet services, group escorts and on-site event management and oversight, focusing on client care and vendor performance to assure program success and to attend to last-minute issues.

*Post-event evaluation and follow-up, including billing analysis, consolidation and reconciliation.
